Inside Out Project
Inside Out Project, aka 4 Prison Reform, a new 501C3 nonprofit organization, aims to bring a different approach to prison reform. Our mission is to reduce recidivism and help formerly incarcerated individuals transition back into society. We plan to focus on reentry and transitional housing, both of which are essential to providing formerly incarcerated individuals with the resources and support they need to make a successful transition. We believe that providing access to housing, employment, and other resources can help those formerly incarcerated individuals become productive and law-abiding citizens. We are currently developing programs that will provide financial assistance, counseling, job training, education, and other resources to those in need. We also plan to work with local government and law enforcement to create a system that is fair and just for everyone. Our goal is to create a system that not only reduces recidivism, but also encourages individuals to take responsibility and strive to become productive members of society. We are dedicated to helping those in need and making a real difference in our communities. We are located in North Carolina, however, we are hoping to eventually help more states than just North Carolina. We also have pen pals on our website if you have a loved one who needs a pen pal!
